Methods of Communication
In relationships, communication is of great importance. So too with the college/parent relationship. The college uses a variety of communication methods to ensure you are informed of all upcoming events and activities, up to date with college and student requirements and aware of your child’s homework expectations and learning progress.

PULSE Publication
The Pulse is an important means of communication between the college and the college community. It contains highlights from throughout the term, including various activities, events, and learning opportunities.
The Pulse is released quarterly at the end of each school term. Past and current publications can be viewed online by clicking the button below.
Activities
and events
We have many activities and events throughout the year, including our Welcome BBQ, fundraisers, College fete, parent/teacher interviews, concerts, Senior School Formals and parent information nights.
We recommend familied attend these events as they will help your family develop a good, supportive relationship with staff and other families. Information about these events is shared on School Stream to families.
SEQTA Engage
SEQTA Engage is a tool designed for parents to gain an overview of their child’s learning and assessments.

Here, you can view details about assessments and their results. Students have the capability to upload electronic submissions and complete online assessments.
Subjects and Lesson Outlines:
This section provides comprehensive information about the subjects your child is studying and the corresponding lesson outlines, ensuring you are well-informed about their academic journey.
Reports:
Access academic reports to keep track of your child’s progress.
Timetable:
You can view your child’s school timetable, which may also include co-curricular activities they are currently participating in.
The purpose of SEQTA Engage is to support you, the parent, in staying informed and involved in your child’s educational journey. Your role is integral, and this tool is designed to help you stay connected.

Student reports are emailed to parents at the end of Term 2 and Term 4.
